Te dan pesimo servicio se tardan mucho y no hay mucha calidad tenian muchas moscas sobre la comida le dije ala persona encargada y se molestó mucho

Recently, I had an upsetting experience at this restaurant. When placing my order, I was asked if I wanted my sandwich as a meal, and I said yes. However, when I went to get my drink and chips, the employee told me I had said no. After I explained the misunderstanding, she spoke to her coworkers within earshot and suggested I was trying to get free food, which was not true and felt very unprofessional. A simple clarification or request to pay the difference would have resolved the issue. I had only recently started returning to this Subway because of positive service from another staff member. This experience makes me very hesitant to return. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service moving forward. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
