The prices we were charged in-store are more expensive than what it’d cost to order in the app??!??? $28 for 1 footlong, 1 6-inch, and 1 medium drink??? No wonder why Subway as a chain is failingI could make the same thing with ingredients from Kroger for less than $10Not happy. Better safe than sorry... If you are looking for the worst customer service, low quality, a place that refuses to accept any coupons, and—worst of all—where you end up wasting your time waiting in a long line... then this is the place for you. I have filed a report with the Office of Consumer Rights to report the discrepancies and profit-driven misconduct being committed by this establishment. I trust that they will take action and revoke this location's operating license; Subway is a highly popular chain where virtually every other location accepts coupons and provides excellent customer service. This particular establishment is tarnishing the Subway name. I recommend that you consider visiting a different location—one where you will receive the service you truly deserve—and refuse to settle for anything less.
