El sándwich de carne de esta comida rápida no es muy del agrado de sus clientes. En Subway, puedes pedir comida para llevar. Este lugar es muy recomendable por sus bien entrenados empleados. Te va a gustar su pulcro servicio. La atmósfera es bonita, tal y como afirman sus visitantes. Pero los usuarios de Google no le han concedido a este lugar una calificación muy alta.

One of those locations that doesn't accept coupons or discounts and the staff are very inconsistent for making subs. The owner is another issue not worth getting into. Wish this would close and a jimmy johns or erbs and gerbs would move in. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Kasson Subway Manager(s) & OWNER are RUDE & disrespectful & lack customer service I placed and online order back on 1/30/26 for 3 foot long sandwiches to be ready for pick up at 7:30. I arrived at 7:37 and there were no sandwiches ready on the “online pick up shelf,” so I had to wait in a long line of customers before getting my order. Once I got my order and got home, I was MISSING 1 entire footlong sub. The other 2 footlong subs I ordered were completely incorrect. I immediately attempted to call the Subway store TWICE and got no answer, so I filled out a form on the app (since that’s how I placed my order). I heard nothing from Subway for weeks. I finally called to follow up, understanding things get busy and/or over-looked. I was eventually called a “liar” by the manager and the owner and was told to “prove it,” after almost 2 weeks of me reaching out! I had my original receipt, marked and hi-lighted by their staff, showing all the items that were were missing… I simply asked for a refund, since we didn’t receive what we ordered and we were met with extreme hostility and called liars! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: $10–20
