I was unable to use the Subway app in-store to use my $2 reward and to pay for my order. I must have scanned the app QR code at least 10 times and nothing came through. I had to pay with my card instead and I still have the $2 reward on the app still. Employee couldn't or wouldn't help me or ask for help. I don't know if it's the store itself or the app, but guessing by reading the reviews on here, it might be the store. Mind you, I've had problems with the Central Ave. one too (got the right meat with completely different toppings, out of rotisserie chicken on one of their premier sandwiches). Are Subways in Lompoc incompetent? Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10
