I absolutely love a Subway wrap, and visited the State Route 741 Mason Ohio location several times a week. But no more after my experience yesterday. I placed my online order, picked it up and thanked the girl be hind the counter. When I arrived home I realized my cookie was missing. I called the restaurant. The girl answered and I explained that she forgot my cookie. The best solution would have been for her to take my name and tell me to ask for a free cookie on my next visit. What I received was the offer to come back - the cookies are good, but not worth the 30 minute drive. When I said I wasn't driving back, she informed me it was just a cookie and everybody makes mistakes. I agreed, but pointed out that is not the best attitude when it comes to customer service. She then accused me of being hostile. When I asked for her name she refused and accused me of trying to get her fired. I said no, but that I would like to speak to her manager. She laughed, said I was comical and good luck with that. She then hung up. She was actually correct because after several attempts, there isn't a way to speak with a human about restaurant issues. I will no longer go to that location because I don't trust what she might do to my food. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The lady working on Sunday night was on phone call. We entered and she got pissed and went away with firmly tapping the table. We waited for 5 mins, no response. When I asked if it was open, she rudely answered I am on call. Worst service ever. Don’t recommend anyone to go here.

I'm really sorry if I scared the young woman working in their tonight when I was very confused on my own behalf with not selecting chips properly in the app. You did great and my food was fantastic! Thank you! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
