I used the kiosk for the first time today. I ordered my food at the same time as my daughter. She got her food and then 2 others that came in after me got their food. I thought I did something wrong so I approached an associate. Before I could explain that I thought I messed up, the associate got rude and called out my name asking if that was me. She told me, "Im working on it but I am helping these men since they were here first." They weren't first but I didnt care, they were soldiers. I dont appreciate the way she addressed me or humiliated me in front of an entire room full of people. Then she rudely called out my name and made a comment about my food being done. That upset me. I was not only late to work but when I opened my sub, it is basically all bread. It doesn't have all I ordered on it. I've been a resident of Dalton for years and come to the establishment often but I won't anymore. My neighbors and people I know were there. Your employee needs to understand what customer service is and how to be kind. The conversation was started because I thought I messed up, not because I thought she messed up. But that's what she assumed and made me look stupid in front of everyone. I understand she was busy but that is not an excuse to be rude. A soft answer from her and we could have discussed that I thought I messed up with my ordering. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Order a sub through the kiosk, the lady behind the counter yelled at the guy running the checkout that the sub he was handing me was mine.....the name was Brian on the tag. I am not Brian. When I got home, you guessed it....not my sub. I live 20 minutes away and the only way I was getting this fixed was to make a 40 plus round trip to fix it. I don't have the time to go back so now I am.out $15 for a sub that they knew was wrong. Not getting anything from there again. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
