Went thru the drive thru at Subway on Scott Street in Napoleon. Order a footlong BMT....no cheese, no tomatoes, light on the lettuce. I was not asked if i wanted it toasted, I was not asked if i wanted anything else on the sandwich. I got to work to find it covered in tomatoes, regular amount of lettuce on it and slathered in mayo. When a person requests to not have an item on their sandwich....there is probably a reason for that request....and once the said item touches the sandwich the person can no longer eat that sandwich. $12.00 thrown in the trash. Please have a talk about this with your servers. such a disappointed and money wasted. I am 72 years old. I dont have money to waste Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Dietary restrictions: no tomatoes for a reason and once they touched everything else on the sandwich, it was then also contaminated
