Ordered online ,got 3 footlongs toasted they are burnt black and hard , 2 of the footlongs got the buns swapped from what they were supposed to be , they were out of mayo but still offered it online only to pick up my food and bag says sorry no mayo so they gave tiny mayo packet , sandwiches were horrible I called to tell them about the mistakes they had made only to be told i need to come back in and have them remade when they should of been made right the 1st time, hung up called a 2nd time to ask for higher up phone number only to be told they are franchise owned and corporate cant do anything and kimoockka on phone that works at that store told me to never call back again , willowcreek subway and kimoockka you are horrible, These employees need picturebooks and read outloud word books to know how to get an order right Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

There was a male worker that was belittling a female worker in front of a lobby of customers. There is a time and place to correct employees and the fact he said he was going to call the manager seems like he had no authority to be talking to her that way anyway. A third employee who was also female told the male employee to stop talking to the first female that way a couple of times before walking to the back. You can correct and train employees kindly, no need to be rude while dealing with rude customers half the day as well. Thats a hostile work environment, please do better. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1
