Got a to go order, asked for toasted sub. When picked up sub was not toasted and soda was flat. When called the worker wasn’t any help. Poor service. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The employee Nick, who works at this location is polite, kind helpful amazing customer service skills. My wife and I ate it a Subway and snowflake and then we had to spend damn near $50 for two subs and a drink. The manager their claimed that unless we order through the app on the buy one, get one free She had no control over us being able to use a coupon. When we started having trouble with the app at this location, Nick was able to help us navigate it getting it to work so that my wife and I saved $30. Might not seem like muchbut I have two twin boys that are four years old so that extra $30 really helps me and my family so thank you Nick. You should get a raise. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Stole my money, didn't give me my order. Can't call them because the line is busy. ordered delivery and the website messed up the delivery address. They stole my money and I don't have food either.
