Placed an on line order. The hours said they were open until 6:30pm. It was 4:50. The order system said there was an error in processing my order, but I was charged. So I called the store to verify the order. Noone answered. I tried several times, still no answer. I drove the store for the order, but they were closed. It was 5:15pm. Charged for an order never received. Disputed with the bank and was credited back. Service: 1

Stopped in to get a sub. The young man behind the counter completely ignored me for almost 5 min. He was moving slow as molasses doing online orders. I asked him if he was working alone he immediately got an attitude with me and said he had more online orders to do first. Sorry but no, people in the lobby should come first. I maybe would have been more patient if I was even acknowledged walking in the door. I know good help is hard to find these days and I doubt they get paid very much but common sense and a good work ethic just aren’t common anymore. I will never give this place my money again. I order pick up from this Subway for lunch often. Everyone is always nice and my orders are always ready on time. Will continue to order from here. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch
