Unfortunately this time a bitter disappointment! Three of us went to brunch. Pretty small selection. What was bad, however, was that plates, glasses and especially cutlery were dirty! By 9:30 a.m. the ham was already brown, the butter had completely melted and the ciabatta was as hard as concrete. Everything just lay around in the warm air without any covering or cooling. You could neither bite the bread nor break it without great effort. All of this is incredibly sad because the restaurant is attractive, the location is really good and we were used to much better from other Suraces. Hope this was a one-off "mishap" today and not standard. Nevertheless, "retraining" for the staff could hardly do any harm in order to prevent such "experiences"!!
