Your business is extremely unprofessional. I have not received a confirmation, text or a call regarding my order. I will make sure NO ONE I know and everyone they know will ever order from your business again. First- introduce. When a customer calls you to place an order, you answered "Hello?" there was no introduction about who I was calling. It was like I had called a random wrong number. Second- be prepared. Don't ask me to call you back or text you the order I want because you were driving. Three- follow through. No callbacks or confirmation for my order. I had another person call and text you and was unsuccessful as well in reaching you. Thanks for nothing. Apparently customer service isn't priority on your list.
