We dove into the sampler appetizer (perfect little bites of spring rolls, egg rolls, and more—crispy, fresh, and addictive) and then the classic Pad Thai—chewy rice noodles, perfectly balanced sweet-tangy sauce, loaded with chicken, and that signature crunch from peanuts and bean sprouts. Portions are huge, flavors are spot-on, and the broth on the pho? So aromatic and comforting, especially on a chilly day. The staff is warm and welcoming, place is clean and cozy, and you can tell they pour love into every bowl.
