Cashier Leticia decided to play stupid about me having an account number to put in for the discount on my groceries, pretended to and then just gave me the same cost even with knowing several of what I'd gotten had claimed to be on a discount. Rest assured any time I have to waste in this store down the road will be spent making sure there's more work left undone. Treat your customers with respect or suffer the consequences.

I com to this Safeway all the time and the only time I have a problem is with your security. For some reason he is always harassing me. I was just there trying to situation my transition at the register and he stands right next to me and asks if I was purchasing a dozen doughnuts I had placed on the fridge while I entered my phone number . I said yes and he replied “well do you want to put it up there ?!” I’ve never been treated like this before and I don’t appreciate it. I hope he doesn’t do this to everyone and if it’s just me then I only ask “why?” What did I do wrong? I don’t approve of this treatment to anyone and I don’t think I’ll be coming back. The rest of the staff are always nice . This is unfortunate.
