Saffron Indian Cuisine is a wonderful family-owned restaurant with no branches—and that personal touch truly shows. Ms. Kajal and her father were exceptionally professional, welcoming, and attentive hosts. From the moment I arrived, they made the experience feel warm, comfortable, and genuinely hospitable. The food was absolutely outstanding. I asked whether they could prepare a simple custom dish that was not listed on the menu, and they readily accommodated my request. Not only did they make it without hesitation, but it turned out to be delicious. I also tried the Bhindi Masala, Gobi Paratha, and their homemade Kulfi—each one was excellent. The food was freshly prepared, flavorful, and served right on time. You can tell great care goes into both the ingredients and the preparation. The restaurant itself is very well maintained: neat, clean, and pleasant, with nice ambient music that adds to the dining experience without being overwhelming. Unfortunately, Saffron Indian Cuisine is about a three-hour drive from me. Otherwise, I would happily visit two or three times a week. I travel through that area about once every two months, and I will absolutely make it a point to stop here every time. Highly recommended for anyone looking for fresh, authentic, and thoughtfully prepared Indian food served with genuine family hospitality. Do yourself a favor and dine at Taj Mahal instead. SOOO much better. We were shocked by how little protein was in our dishes for the cost, the sauces were bland, and I have never seen Naan as thin and hard as this place serves.
