I usually enjoy ordering from Safia, but I was quite disappointed with my recent experience via Uzum Delivery from the Navoi branch. I had ordered two iced caramel frappes, and unfortunately, the quality of service did not meet expectations. Both drinks were filled only halfway, which felt very careless. I had specifically requested extra ice, but that request was completely ignored. To make matters worse, no straws were included with the order. I understand that delivery staff may not always know about these details, which is why it’s essential for your team at Safia to take responsibility for ensuring the order is properly packed with everything needed. This isn’t the first time I’ve noticed a lack of attention and care from the staff. I truly hope management can address this and train the team to be more mindful and attentive to customer requests. A little more effort can go a long way in keeping loyal customers happy. Looking forward to better service in the future. Thank you. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
