Hi. I apologize if my behavior looked rude to you. You asked me to get 'Take out menu' when I let you have a seat at the table next to the window, came to take your order. I told you, gently you can't order take out menu. A restaurant authorize take out menu in the hall can't exist, as it's only for customers who want to eat our menu outside of our restaurant. And, you ordered the green tea Gourmand, which is definitely a dessert. That's why I told you that I can bring you just the green tea, but if you want to order the Gourmand with green tea, it'll be after your meal. I apologize for not being clear. As you wrote in your comment, we don't have a rule that we can't bring some drinks to our customers. But I'm not sure that they want to start with the dessert before they get their main dishes. Our team try always to give the excellent service to all of our client, even though we make sometimes some mistakes. With your comment, I'll make an effort to ameliorate the service and myself.
