0 stars — absolutely unacceptable experience I ordered a meal from this restaurant and midway through eating it, I found a piece of pubic hair in my food. I immediately brought it to the owner’s attention. Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, he asked me “what do you want me to do about it?” I calmly asked for a partial refund, considering I had already eaten some of the food. He dismissed me and became rude. When I then asked for a full refund, his attitude became even worse he was disrespectful, argumentative, and showed zero concern for food safety or customer service. Finding hair in food is already unacceptable, but the way this situation was handled made it far worse. There was no professionalism, no accountability, and no basic respect toward a paying customer. I will never return and strongly warn others to think twice before eating here. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I don’t even know where to start. The food was disgusting and completely cold. I ordered chicken barbecue and was given goat meat instead. The sugaar was soggy, and the rice was cold. The customer service was horrible—I didn’t even get a straw for my drink. On top of that, the drink wasn’t cold and was overloaded with sugar. It’s been two days since I ate here and I’m still sick from food poisoning. This place is unacceptable. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
