We came for a date night meal. I was surprised by howI was surprised by how delicious the chicken and beef kabobs were. We also loved the hummus and tzaziki. The best of each that I've found in Fort Collins, especially the hummus. The baklava wasn't typically traditional baklava, but was stuffed with a stringy, melty cheese. It wasn't too sweet, but it was warm and a nice combination of sweet and savory. I can't wait to go back and order more. Excited for the cold months when they serve lentil soup. Community kitchen atmosphere, so very warm and welcoming. Casual with the main focus on high quality food. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section

We are already excited to come back and taste more from Sahtein. The dishes we tried tonight were delicious- fresh, authentic, and thoughtfully prepared. The owner and staff were warm, motivated, and clearly proud of what they serve. We are honored to have this concept in Fort Collins- shout out to the idea to operate out of FOCO Cafe -a community-minded use of space and a win for the neighborhood.
