Rather hungry after Nihon canyon and tour of the lakes. The beef stew and fried chicken did not disappoint. Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000

We went there in mid October. The tuna was not available, though salmon was. My daughter had the salmon,my wife the beef stew and I had the Snapper (Tai 鯛) karaage set. The food was bountiful and delicious. We were there early and had good service. I rated the atmosphere 5 as I like this still of restaurant - chef owned with friendly talk about the area and the food. Perhaps others wouldn't rate that aspect so highly, but you won't be disappointed in the food. The dishes we had were similar to the other photos in the reviews with slight variations in the teishoku ingredients. Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
