If somebody asks which is the best confectionery shop ever visited, personally I’ll pick up Saint An in Sanda city, this cake shop has been my favorite for more than 20 years. Although the building itself seems to be cramped, a wide range of confectioneries like tarts, biscuits and madeleines, are displayed and enticing visitors. I did enjoy tea time here with a slice of seasonal cake which was named 秋めく(becoming autumnal) and some hot tea. When cut the mousse, the beautiful layers of jellies as well as sponges appeared. The visual, texture(extremely smooth), every single component was perfect. In terms of the taste, sweet velvety chestnuts mousse, the sourness of apricots along with a hint of rum were well-integrated. I must say, this tiny mousse definitely represented ‘becoming autumnal’. If you’re driving to Sand Premium Outlet shopping mall, I do recommend to stop by this place. A tea time slot is only 45 minutes per group

Perhaps due to the recent rise in the cost of raw materials, the unit prices for all of them are high. But it's my favorite in Mita. I don't go there much except to use it on sunny days.
