i loved this place so much, all you can drink for 90 minutes for 3000 yen! the place is so clean and the owner is amazing i had such a amazing time here, just accidentally walked past it and had the best time :)) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We wandered into this bar on our last night in Sapporo while waiting for a nearby ramen shop to open and ended up having one of our loveliest experiences of our whole trip! The owner, Miyuki, is such a kind and generous person and kept giving us extra snacks on the house. The bar’s regulars are mostly businessmen and were all very friendly and warm as well, with two of them able to speak English and engage with us during our time there. I wish we’d known about Sakae earlier because I would have loved to visit there every night during our Sapporo stay. Please be sure to drop by and have a drink with these wonderful people if you are in the area! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
