Tonight I went to order and everything seemed fine until I got home and one order was overly wrong I called to see if we could get it switched out and the lady who answered the phone kept talking over me asking me what I ordered j told her many times what I ordered and what I ended up with she reads a order in front of me off and it was exactly what I received and I said that and she continued to be rude and said what you have doesn't fix finding your order and the manager was in the background talking rudely saying they ALWAYS put order information on the bag (it wasn't) they find my order and rang it in wrong but somehow that was on me. I asked if we could just replace the order with what I asked for and she hands the manager the phone and he tells me to bring my WHOLE order back he won't serve me again and he will just give me my money. Mind you this was 15 minutes before closing when I called and 6 minutes once he hung up to get to the store before closing I get there and they locked the doors before 9 and kept ignoring me standing outside and ignored me calling. Once he was done rushing to get home after work he grabs my bag from my hand and walks away without a word I ask if he's doing a refund and he yet again gets rude and walks away. He goes into the drawer and grabs money and hands it to me with no words and shuts the door again. And I wasn't wrong I'm very careful when ordering food for me and my daughter as she is highly allergic to rice. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I really wish we had a Sakura Express here in Richmond KY. However if there was one in Richmond. I'm very sure my waistline would gain a couple of inches as i'd be eating there quite often. Starting here. When I worked in Winchester KY. I stop by Sakura Express. Now a lot of people reading this might smile and laugh at my craziness. But, I'm going to tell you I get very excited about food I LOVE. Chinese Food while great. Nobody that i've visited with can compare to how The Japanese do fast food!!! Gentlemen, Ladies, Boys and Girls of All Ages Gather around. Picture that square take out order box at a Chinese Food. Then picture that same box. with delicious tender mouthwatering pieces of Hibachi Steak, with White Japanese Rice, and Vegetables.. Served with YUM YUM SAUCE. I popped a piece into my mouth, And Mmmmm... Mmm Mmm.. Wait i'm working here so i'm confused as to how I made it to food heaven?!? Needless to say as a Guy I got lots for the money you paid and sometime. I couldn't finish it All. That's right the box of food at times WON. They also have chicken like the steak it comes in Either Hibachi style. You know what. typing this here make me want to get in my car. AND GET ME SOME FOOD from Sakura's!!! Anyhow.
