The food was delicious - maybe not strictly Japanese in terms of recipes and ingredients, but both of the dishes we tried were tasty and really nicely presented (surprising for takeout!), with excellent quality ingredients. Sakura kitchen is a small size japanese restaurant with limited menu. That shows the quality of the food they serve. Staffs were so kind, polite and humble . I ordered Yaki-Udon, Yuzu cheese cake, matcha cheesecake and ceremonial matcha latte. All of these are delicious and yummy especially both the cheese cakes. It would be nice if the latte is more hot .The waiting time would be hardly 8-10 mins.(For my entire order). I thank maia and the chef Andy and kanako for this fabulous experience. A must try spot in orkney.. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Other Price per person: £10–20
