We wanted to love this place, and make it our new sushi joint in Temecula, but that is absolutely not happening! First of all, the waitress was kind and lovely, and the decor and inside experience is quite nice! They have pretty cherry trees and quality design. We ordered all-you-can-eat sushi..... I wish we hadn't after the first bite. Everything was low quality cuts and tasted sooo fishy and not fresh! We ordered only cooked things like eel and Tempura after the first round - and even the cooked eel tasted fishy. With sushi, you get one try with customers. Once you had old raw fish, you NEVER go back - so I'm sad for them that they are going to lose business quick, at this rate. It should have been a sign to us when we ate on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't busy. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

10 stars if I could . I had such a great experience with Sakura Sushi today. I ordered through DoorDash and Lily actually called me personally about my order. I originally saw the Hawaiian pictured in a bowl, but it came as a roll. I asked if they could make it in a bowl instead, and Lily was so polite and helpful she said she’d ask the chef. A few minutes later she called me back and told me they would make it happen! That honestly made my day. When I got my food, it was absolutely delicious — even better than I expected. The chef did such a great job, and I was really impressed with how fresh and tasty everything was. Lily deserves recognition for her amazing customer service. She was patient, respectful, and went out of her way to make sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. That kind of service is rare these days. This restaurant deserves 10 stars! For anyone thinking of trying Sakura Sushi, don’t hesitate. They really care about their customers and the food is outstanding. Thank you Lily and the chef for making my experience so great I’ll definitely be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $50–100
