I didn’t notice all the gnats flying around until after my order was packed up. I had already paid, but I ended up not eating the food because the environment seemed unsanitary. I should have listened to the previous reviews mentioning cleanliness concerns. I prob won't return to this location. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

I. Love. This. Place. I’ve dined in a couple times and it’s always incredible but I usually order pickup and I’m one to build a mega salad with all the toppings and WOWOWOW they do it RIGHT at Salata. Yes by the time I’m done with my order it’s about $25, but it’s PACKED and sooooo filling!! I have honestly never been able to finish my salad and my husband has the rest, and it’s just soooo yummy and filling. This might be my favorite place in all of Schertz/Cibolo! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
