We ordered food through just eat for delivery. 2 hours later we still hadn’t received the food so we rang them, the lady on the phone told us it was out for delivery but we never received our order and there was no answer on the phone which we attempted dozens of times. It’s a shame because the food is okay. Please issue a refund!!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hi steph, I'm guessing your Craig on just eat. We attempted delivery twice. We called the phone number that was on the just eat account and it was answered by someone who does not live at the address and didn't order from us. Had the correct number been on your account you would have received your order.

It's always satisfying to have find a good independent cafe that makes you want to return. The Food: We've had many items from the menu over the past few months from breakfast to lunchtime & they all have a good quality you can expect from a deli/cafe venue & value for the money unless you start adding on the extras. Food is tasty, plenty & well prepared, dine-in takeaway & delivery all keep the standard with the odd rush or sloppiness here & there during peak hours. Though we love a good greasyspoon cafe Mo's isn't unique but is one of the best in the L11 Croxteth area, we can understand why Mo's is a busy place for a belly fill up especially morning time, it keep a consistency we like to see on each visit. PRIME SCORE QUALITY: VALUE: TASTE: CONSISTENCY: Food Bros Rating: 'Keep filling us up' Services: Staff are great & down to earth with cheeky likeable banter & happy to help, we haven't experienced long, long wait times to be served unless in peak hours, which is understandable.
