Upscale restaurant with island vibes. Great food and even greater service! I ate the oysters before I could take a picture lol. Our group had the beef tenderloin, delmonico aka ribeye, and fish of the day that was the red snapper. They were all amazing! Especially mine which was there snapper. The cauliflower appetizer was amazing! The carrots were a bit spicy but also really good! I didn’t get to try everything I wanted which means I need a trip back!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had an amazing experience here the other night! We got the tuna ceviche in the coconut shell and it was amazing! My husband got the burger and it was easily the best burger he’s ever had in his life. I got the Cacio e Pepe and it was amazing, loved the different peppercorns and spice! We got our 1 year old the kids Mac and cheese and I’ve never seen him eat so much! Finished it off with milk and cookies! Everything was amazing! We sat on the patio with our 1 year old and it was raining outside but perfect. Price per person: $60–70 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We’ve been coming to Hawks Cay for an annual week-long family vacation for several years, and we just tried the new onsite Salt + Ash resturant for the first time—what a great experience. This was one of the best meals we’ve ever had. My family of four was truly impressed. The food was exquisite and beautifully presented, and the quality and taste were phenomenal. Throughout the evening, I kept hearing “wow” from my wife and two daughters. This is a must-visit restaurant. A special thank you to Faith for her outstanding service—it truly made for a wonderful family dinner, especially at a very reasonable price. We will definitely be back next time we’re here.
