If you haven’t been to Salt Pepper Oak yet, you are seriously missing out! The craft hot chicken sandwich was perfectly savory, packed with flavor, and had just the right amount of kick. We also tried the brisket burger, which was unbelievably juicy and delicious. Honestly, you can't go wrong with either, and all of the sides were just as delicious and well-made. To top it all off, the service was great—attentive, friendly, and welcoming. PRO TIP: DON'T MISS GETTING A COOKIE! It is the absolute perfect way to end the meal. We will definitely be back! We have lived around KC BBQ and Texas BBQ for years. This hidden gem does it right if not better! The brisket was amazing and the pork belly burnt ends were a very close second. These people know BBQ!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The pork belly sandwich and smoked gouda grits were heavenly The service and staff are ready to make your dining experience delicious and fun The prices are reasonable and service is impeccable and the food is very fresh and delicious They are really fast and the baked chocolate chip cookies are homemade.
