Restaurante de muy buen nivel ubicado dentro del hotel Terrace green hotel & Spa de Negombo. Los cocineros son profesionales y los platos cocinados a la perfección. Es el mejor sitio para comer en la zona sin duda. Los precios son económicos para la calidad de los productos.

This was my first time experience here at the Salt restaurant(tried coming here before but was deprived of the opportunity due to an unexpected power outage)and it was one of the best cuisine experience I ever had in Sri Lanka. I had the Creamy Crab Pasta and my mom had the fish curry. First off, the pasta was perfectly cooked and there was massive amount of crab on the pasta and the sauce was juicy full of seafood taste. My mom’s curry was also phenomenal; the three varieties of vegetable curries that come along with the fish curry was very tasty and matched the curry very well. I also had the mango smoothie for dessert and it was lightly sweetened but not to the point that it’s too much, just a perfect blend. Lahiru took very good care of us and even brought out a huge fan for us to keep a nice comfortable environment. I highly recommend this restaurant whether you’re looking for something Sri Lankan to enjoy a final dish of spice or for going more Western or just even grabbing a smoothie or a coffee.
