We agreed that the food was nice. The gnocchi was unusual with the sultanas/raisin. It was pillowy and soft and being fried; was lovely. The steak was good, but the very cold salad did detract a little I felt. The location is lovely and worth a visit. For the Barossa I’d rate their wine, average to below average. The sparkling was good the Fiano well below average. The No. 1 Shiraz I liked the nose but the after tasty was a bit sharp for me but the other drinker really liked it. Price per person: A$60–80 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We've been there 3 times in the last month. Love it! Their new menu is extensive, well priced, and delish. We both had the chicken dish (sorry, can't remember now what it was called) which was melt-in-your-mouth. Can't wait to go back and explore more of the new menu. Love the wines too! Not to mention the awesome staff and service. The atmosphere is cosy, despite it being larger. Love all the stone and wood. See you again soon!
