Terrible restaurant, good bar. Very small portions. My entricote was only 50g (objectively stated). Very slow delivery of food. It took them 20 minutes for me and my wife got her beef 10 minutes later than I was finished with my food. Not good planing. The beef I tasted was filled with tendons and difficult to chew. Not sure if this is normal, since non of us are used to beef. Very dark place to eat at. No table light. Only light was from the distant street light and the toy we purchased while waiting for the food. Kind people however, as usual in Azerbaijan.
