I didn't feel comfortable sitting here alone at night as I waited for my takeaway. The place was kind of dodgy though one of the staff members were friendly sounding.

I orderd a vegetarian shawarma and hummus for takeaway here. They said they don't serve vegetarian shawarmas but the cook there said he'll make it. It wasn't authentic because I found fries in my wrap. It was hilarious. But I liked it. It's not the best but the shawarma was good.
As for the hummus, it tasted like fresh homemade hummus which I liked. It had spoiled overnight though so it has to be finished as soon as possible.

Tasty shawarma and my favourite is the roast chicken served with pita bread, chips a pickled veggies. The service isn't all that friendly but they are new and still probably getting the hang of things.

This place run by some Syrian/Lebanese guys had some great shawarmas and Khabsa rice, the best I've ever had in Colombo. The flavored of the rice is something I will eternally be in search for! They also had a nice collection of pickles that they would serve with the Shawarma, I'm gonna miss that! Sadly they seem to have packed up, and no news of a new location. The guys at the Wafflery next door said maybe they couldn't afford the rent.
