Understaffed. The staff can not seem to handle the maximum capacity of customers that the restaurant is designed for. Coming in, we waited for a bit before we were able to sit, pretty normal. We ordered our food, and they gave it to us without the utensils, drinks, rice, and lettuce. We pressed the call button numerous times, and we sat there for about 15 minutes with our uncooked meats and sides before getting our request granted. For the food, the meat was okay, I would say it was not really worth 500+ for the quality and taste of the pork, chicken, and beef, and the sides. We were served cold rice or "bahaw", the cheese tasted bland, and you could only get 1 pitcher of iced tea, even if you're paying for another one. It's 1 picther of iced tea, and the succeeding drinks will be water. We ate here once before, and our experience now is terrible. As of yet, I would not recommend this samgyupsal restaurant.
