Very disappointing experience. The service was extremely slow and the staff were not accommodating at all—they would literally walk past us without assisting. We had to wait just to be seated, waited again for refills, and even longer just to get the bill. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It’s usually bustling and loud (in a good way!), often with K-Pop music videos playing in the background to keep the energy high. It may not be the "fanciest" KBBQ place out there, but for the price and the iconic cheese dip, it’s a reliable 10/10 for satisfying a samgyup craving. The only samgyupsalamat I've tried na yung cheese walang lasa at watery. The service is nice but the quality of meat in this particular branch is bad!!! Beef samgyup is so chewy kasi walang fats yung sinerve! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
