Awwww. I was just about to order and I saw that you were closed. My family and I will never forget the hospitality your restaurant has show. We felt like family. Thank you for always going above and beyond and bringing lasting memories into our lives. Thank you for all the loving advice and sharing your herbal remedies. I'm sad to this closed. I've been here many time. They're closed for dine in since the pandemic, so you have to call to order and call when you get there for her to open the door. I like that you get a lot of extra bread with your order and I'm always satisfied with my order.

I'm visiting Fort Worth from out of town, and after half a week of eating at a college dining hall I was ready for a real meal. I was so lucky to find Samson's Market Bistro. I got a vegetarian combo (for one), which came with six different entrees along with a ton of injera bread. They even noticed I was running low on injera bread during my meal and brought me extra free of charge! The food absolutely incredible! I've had Ethiopian food a couple times, usually similar entrees to the ones served here, and this was one of my favorite experiences. Very, very flavorful. This is clearly a hidden gem in Fort Worth. I highly recommend coming here if you need a good vegetarian meal in town, if you haven't had Ethiopian food before, or you just haven't been here! (That's not to say they don't have plenty of meat options as well)
