I have been either eating in or ordering from this resturant for over 40 years, (with many different owners.) On May 3rd I ordered around $100 for delivery. The lemon chicken arrived (3 small pieces) overcooked and the rest of the container full of batter peices. When I phoned to complain I was told this would be replaced next order and "this would be recorded under my phone number",When I made the next order on May 28 I was told this would not be replaced as they "had no chicken". Imagine a Chinese resturant with no chicken !! This was my last order from Sandy's Restaurant. Open for suggestions for another neighbourhood GOOD Chinese food resturaunt whom delivers. Sparkie. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
