An outstanding lunch at Santa Frisa. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Homemade bread and the ingredients were exceptionally fresh and of the highest quality, beautifully prepared and full of flavor. Make sure to try tihis local specialty her. Lovely traditional Frisa (sourdough breads) topped with fresh and healthy options. Friendly and chill place for something traditional and not pasta! Air conditioning inside and seating outside. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Price per person: €10–20 Dietary restrictions: Can cater to your needs. I didn’t want dairy, and it was fine to adapt the menu.

If you think a frisa is just bread, think again. Santa Frisa elevates it into something truly special! The bread is clearly the result of real research and care perfectly crunchy while still soaking up the toppings beautifully. Every ingredient is fresh, local, and full of flavour, making each bite taste like the best of Puglia. The owner is incredibly welcoming and passionate, which makes the whole experience even more memorable. A must-visit if you’re in the area we’ll definitely be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
