This poke spot has been on my list to try for awhile now! Finally had the chance to try it and it did not disappoint. A nice gentleman was patient with me ordering and asking questions about the menu. I ended up with the #5 1/2 spicy tuna 1/2 shoyu Tako. The quality of tuna and tako was delicious! The level of spicy was just right and had a nice kick. You can order online for pick-up, self kiosk, or order at the window. This spot does not have tables outdoors, so it's a nice to-go spot! The parking is limited, but service is so fast you'll be out in a flash. Definitely need to go back to try the kitchen specialties, breakfast, and sandwiches. Did not get a picture of my order, I was too hungry and dug right into my food. Couldn't wait!

This place was good, but nothing to write home about. I ordered the spicy poke, which was nice, but not so special that I would need to come back. I really wanted to try the mochi, which they only serve on Tuesdays and Saturdays. I was told I would have to get there around 9 AM because they sell out.

Flights have been crazy high so no Hawaii trips coming anytime soon but have no fear santo Market is here! Authentic poke with pretty much only two flavors but that's all you need! Go for the tuna poke half spicy/half OG! If you're watching your carbs opt for the cucumber and tofu. If you're not, get the white rice with furakaka seasoning. I might opt out of that next time though, not sure if it was the OG tuna or my furakaka seasoning but boy oh boyyyy was my meal salty! They also sell by the lb if u have more people to feed or have an appetite. Mochi looked amazing but only sold on weekends There's always a line but it goes by fast. Parking is limited. No seating. Love the owner, he's so sweet and takes the time to remember your name!
