First ever Parmo.. enjoyed it..couldn't eat it all ?plenty of cheese a veritable mountain of cheese.Came with a scoop of fries and some dip Staff happy to help and accept me changing the order twice as I read the menu. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I recently had my very first Parmo experience, and now I completely understand what all the hype is about! Parmos in Gateshead offers a great menu, but their real specialty is, of course, the parmos and they’ve truly mastered it. I had the chance to chat with the owner, Raj, who shared the story behind their signature dish. With fresh chicken breast, a one-of-a-kind béchamel sauce, and a few secret ingredients he keeps under wraps, the result is absolutely delicious. And trust me, you must try their unique garlic sauce, it takes the whole experience to another level! What really makes this place stand out, though, is Raj and his team. They’re not only serving up fantastic food but also giving back to the community in inspiring ways. From fun drink challenges for anyone brave enough to try downing 2 litres of fizzy drink in under a minute, to quietly and selflessly feeding the local homeless—these acts of kindness show the heart behind the business. Thank you, Raj and team, for the great food, the positive vibes, and for leading by example. This is definitely a takeaway with a difference, and one I’d recommend to everyone!
