We were in this restaurant, but it’s hard to call it that word, honestly I was very disappointed, the dishes include raw chicken, ramen with pork with a terrible smell, tea is just one name, there’s not even a teaspoon of tea leaves, no more naked in this terrible place... There are no drinks on the menu The staff has no motivation to find out anything from the customers, “why they didn’t like the dish,” etc., since they pay for everything at once... The food is delicious, spicy and quite varied. But the work of the girls at the reception and issuance of orders is a disaster!!! The discount for pickup is never taken into account (we need to remind you). Several times they changed the dish without permission because they ran out of shrimp or something else)) Once I changed delivery to pick-up, waited outside the restaurant for 40 minutes for it to be cooked (and waited for a call from the girl that it was ready). I didn’t have enough patience, I went to ask ... and the girl who changed the delivery to self-delivery calmly says to me "they gave Maxim for delivery! Will you give Maxim's phone number?" Damn....how is this???? We are looking for a new Asian restaurant and will not go to Sarang again (( P.S. I’ll update after 2 hours) The order was placed at 18.30 with delivery at 21.15. At 20.00 I changed my order for pickup. At 21.00 I was informed that the order had been sent by courier. As a result, the order was not sent or delivered at all. According to the "girl", the restaurant management does not consider it necessary to make a discount in such a situation and send NO for free either. As a result, volume 2 of the pit, rolls and chicken are sent to the refrigerator for the night and tomorrow they will be sent to someone to order!!!! YOU GUYS ARE VERY SPOILED!!!!
