We were shocked to find a hair in the cheese platter we ordered. We clearly marked it and returned it politely, expecting a proper response. Instead, the restaurant simply removed the hair and served us the exact same cheese again. This is absolutely unacceptable and shows a complete lack of hygiene, ethics, and respect for customers. No matter how nice the atmosphere or service may seem, this kind of behavior is disgraceful. We will never come back and strongly advise others to stay away.
