Best food in Lompoc and Vandenberg Base. I got the sinsing, lumpia, noodles and garlic rice. All around applause. Sinsing was not overly salty or fatty which allowed flavors to come through. The lumpia jad a fantastic crisp and the chili sauce they provide is a fantastic compliment. Not overly sweet, not overly salty and not overly savory. Wonderful balance. Well prepared garlic rice that had nice crispy bits of garlic. I been here for two weeks trying to find a place deserving of my money and calories. This is the best meal I have had during my visit. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
