Would love to give Sassy a proper review but unfortunately cant as they cancelled my booking. Is what it is. They lost money on us, all good. I need to say though - the communication with us and the event organiser for sassy - Sara - absolutely unreal. Sara was amazing from the get go. She was absolutely amazing. I was able to message her with any annoying qs and she got me and my party excited for the night out. Then when she was informed the restaurant would be close that night. She called me promptly and then proceeded to help me and my party to find elsewhere. Who even does that! In future I may consider to book with sassy again, as I know the event organiser is nothing short of absolutely awesome. Thankyou sara from sassy! Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

Thank you so much for your kind words Alana, and understanding. We were genuinely disappointed that we had to close and couldn’t host your function as planned. We always want our guests to have the best possible experience, so when plans unexpectedly changed, we wanted to make sure you and your group were still looked after and able to enjoy your night elsewhere. Your patience and lovely feedback mean a lot to us, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to share it. We’d absolutely love the opportunity to welcome you to Sassy in the future and give you the full experience. Thank you again for your support — we hope to see you soon!
