I keep coming back, the XO shrimp is an absolute winner, the views are beautiful & the service of Mr Subeesh is outstanding. The the value they provide is well priced, if they have a loyalty club ( on google wallet, with little discount) id come maybe twice per week. Overall very satisfied Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I visited SATSUMA restaurant yesterday with my colleagues, and we were all truly impressed! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The buffet layout is extensive and beautifully organized, offering an incredible variety of food and drinks. We were genuinely surprised by the wide selection available — there was something for everyone. Every dish we tried was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. On top of that, the service was excellent. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. It was a fantastic dining experience, and I would highly recommend SATSUMA to anyone looking for great food, variety, and outstanding service. We’ll definitely be coming back! Iftar Buffet!!! Let me start with negative points first. YOU DON'T NEED VLOGGERS TO MARKET YOUR RESTAURANT. Your restaurant is great with amazing view and fantastic food. Our negative experience started when we entered the elevator from ground floor and we had some vloggers along with us who were talking negative about some Asian guests in the elevator who does not understand regional language. Why do you need to invite these kind of vloggers who don't know how to respect others. Once we reached the 30th floor, there were around 5 to 6 managers waiting at the entrance who only welcomed the vloggers but they forgot to welcome other guests who came there to have Iftar on payment basis. The vloggers were so much busy in taking videos and photos of food because of whichother guests had to wait to take their food. I was a hotelier myself for 12 years, have worked with big brands such as Hyatt, Raffles and ITC and have handled many Iftars during my tenure but we never differentiate our guests. This made our experience bitter. Talking about positive points: 1) Food was fantastic starting from various selections of Salads, soups and bread selections. I am a salad lover and i enjoyed all the salads in the buffet. 2) Mix grill was great too except the meat kofta. 3) live Shawarma the chef at the station was very welcoming and always had a smile on his face. 4) Main course - we tried chicken biryani, steak with mushroom sauce, fish with lemon and butter sauce, alfredo pasta, mashed potatoes and Sushi too. No negative comments on any of them. All were great. 4) Desserts selection were amazing and taste good. We would definitely visit again for Iftar on one condition if it is only for guests and not for people coming to eat on free basis.
