We order take out from here every other week and there has been a noticeable and dramatic shift in the service in the past few months. Last weekend we went in for our usual take out order and it was the second time in a row, and third in four where an item was totally missing. The server forgot butter with the rolls & the parm and red pepper as well, which isn't the end of the world but again just a change in how things used to be. It's now our fault and responsibility to check that we received what we ordered. But the thing I can’t shake is I went to order two cannoli's and I was starring at the menu for $3 each, and they rang up for $4. I pointed this out to the hostess and she said “yeah, I don’t know why it says $3. They’re $4. Do you still want them?” Just like that. It was such a strange "I don't care" response. I hate to sound like an old person yelling at the clouds but we come here consistently FOR THE CONSISTENCY, Sauce is one of the few food apps I actually have and use and we always tip. Just an overall weird experience and bad vibes. Food missing and meh attitude. It’s just not what we’ve come to expect and now I guess we have to. Good morning, this sounds really upsetting, especially after getting takeout the way you normally do. Missing items and the pricing confusion on top of that is not the kind of consistency you should be dealing with. We’re sorry for the mix-ups, we are in the middle of changing menu pricing for many items. We currently don't have the smaller menus for our registers and kept the old ones due to guests having a hard time reading the bigger menu board. We went ahead and removed them so that there wouldn't be anymore confusion on this matter. Again we apologize about this incident, and thank you for bringing this to my attention. Do not order here for your lunch break there is no order pick up station, you'll end up being stuck in line for 15 minutes to 20 at times. Never again. Create a pick up section!

Good afternoon, Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the wait you experienced when picking up your order. Unfortunately, on that day we were operating with only one server who was assisting both dine-in guests and pick up orders, which created longer wait times than we would like. We understand how frustrating it is to wait 15-20 minutes for a pick up order, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. While we currently do not have a dedicated pick up station, we're always looking for ways to improve the guest experience and will take your comments into consideration as we evaluate our service process.
