the maintenance service is very awful. the guys from the maintenance team are not answering their phone even message on WhatsApp and it's really frustrating. they kept their client hung on the edge. they don't have available driver to collect the machine and bring as well.

Their coffee is my first choice, but my problem is with the timing of opening and closing the store and its vacations compete with employees from 9-6. What does it mean to ask permission from my work to catch up with them? I wish they would solve this issue, especially since they, like ministries, close at the end of the week when we leave.
