Los rmpleados en la ventanilla son despotas con los clientes no me quiso dar mi resibo y me cerro la ventana enojada deverian tener personal mas amable

Last Thursday was my first time trying Saxbys, and honestly, it wasn’t the best experience. My friend and I were new to the menu and spent quite a bit of time trying to figure out what to order, but the staff member helping us wasn’t very helpful or welcoming, which made it a bit frustrating.We stood there for a while and eventually figured it out ourselves and ordered a cold brew. But after all that waiting, we still ended up getting the wrong order, a matcha latte instead of what we asked for. It was pretty disappointing, especially for a first visit. I was really looking forward to it, but the service and mix-up just didn’t make it a great experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
