I wish I could rate a zero. The bathrooms were unkept with feces and blood on the walls/floor. The shelves were not stocked. Purchased food then came to realize that a fruit drink was expired 3 months ago as well as a snack that expired a month ago. Unbelievable experience. I would stay clear. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Stayed at a Hotel in the area, so it was convenient for me. Work in progress to say the least. After thinking about my initial review, I’ll give 5 Stars for trying. Service based businesses that pay hourly after the Covid Pandemic struggle to find adequate workforce. Staffing is a problem even today. Seems like it’s hard to hire anyone these days under $18-$20 an hour. This area has needed a place like this for the past 25 years. Unlike the PA Turnpike I-76 which has large travel plazas, there are not many easily accessible food & fuel options off Interstate 80 in this particular area. With that being said, I think this was built on too small of a parcel to accommodate all the dining options and demand of a busy summer travel or winter holiday season. Hard to envision there being enough parking or seating to handle the volume of people during those peak times. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $10–20 Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking

For a Travel plaza off of the main highway this place isn't really able to handle more than 10 customers at a time. This is the second time I have come here and they are understaffed and for something that should take 10 minutes will take 30. Even just buying chips is a hassle because the person at the register is also making pizzas. I won't be bringing any groups here. It's not worth it. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
