Rude worker there was no fork and she said seven eleven might have some and she said go get from there just I walked to seven eleven and got back found she got some there Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Response from the owner hace un mes

We're sorry sending a guest to another store for a fork when there were some available all along is not acceptable, and we completely understand why that was frustrating. We hope you'll give us another chance.

Super happy with my experience today. I asked about an allergy friendly pizza for my son, they looked into the labels and made it for him. Thanks so much— it’s not that common for people to go the extra step but it’s so APPRECIATED! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Response from the owner hace 2 meses

Thank you, Mita! We're thrilled to hear that our team could accommodate your son's needs. We always strive to go the extra mile, and it's wonderful to know it made a difference for you.

So I go in to order a whole pizza, and ask can I order a whole and rudely get told no. Then they told you can't get anything while. I've been to literally ever Sbarro 80-76, and a bunch in the further northeast... Never, even last minute, have I been told I can't order a whole pizza. Either this guy is lazy, or this is the only of about 20 Sbarro shops I've visited that you can't get a whole pizza. If I have to guess it's laziness and having a chip on good shoulder cuz he did nothing with his life. Guess I'd be mad too, if I was constantly around ppl making more in a couple hours than he will the whole day. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
